PUBLISHING AND BROADCASTING

Following the conference, presented papers will be considered for publication in the conference’s Proceeding and Abstract Book (with e-ISBN). Select rxtended and revised versions of conference papers will be published in the Israiliyat journal or in a nationally or internationally edited book. Publication decisions will be made in the light me of a standard blind-peer review process, in the context of which the manuscripts will be evaluated by standard academic criteria of scholarly research.

I ICIJS's presentations will be live streamed and recorded without prior written permission, and then uploaded to the ICIJS’23 playlist on the ICIJS YouTube channel. Please inform us of the start and end times of your presentation in an email to < info@israiliyat.com>.

Information on Uploading Session Videos to YouTube

Your uploaded session video is published, available to those that have the link (Unlisted) on the Israiliyat YouTube channel (Not “Public” or “Private”) – this means URL link of your session cannot be shared, your session video will not be added to a channel section, showed up in search, related videos, and recommendations, posted on our channel, and cannot be commented on. It is planning to embed the URL link of your session in conference webpage – this means your session video will be showed up in search. Only those who have the unlisted video URL link or visit our conference web page can watch and embed the video into their website.

In uploaded session videos on Youtube, chapters are added in the progress bar for each presentation. URL links of all sessions will be shared with all conference participants. Speakers, if they wish, also have the right to share by linking to their part or to download relevant parts of their videos with various applications (such as https://ytcutter.com) for using personal purpose. We are not responsible in case participants share or embed the links of the session videos.

If you do not want the URL link of your session video to be embedded on the conference webpage, please send your request by email. In this case, URL link of your session will not be embedded on the conference web page. Don’t forget, since each session is uploaded as a single video, other speakers in this session will also be affected from this link removal request. Moreover, if you do not want to allow your presentation to be uploaded on Youtube due to the reasons such as making mistakes or sharing sensitive data, etc., although it is not recommended, please send your request by e-mail. In this case, the part where the speaker's presentation is recorded will be removed and the session video will be streamed.

There is no separate division for the speeches of the chairman or the sections with questions and answers. • In order to be useful during the editing of the videos, the start time and end time of the presentation must be written and send to israiliyat.com@gmail.com.

• While recording the meeting, the screen layout is in tile layout, the sidebar is preferred, and the number of tiles is one because it takes the speakers (chairman, speakers and participants) one by one.
